Buckeye Balls
Ingredients:
3 lbs peanut butter
1 bag confectioners sugar
2 sticks of butter
2 bags chocolate chips
1/4 stick parafin wax
In large bowl mix peanut butter , sugar , and butter ! Chill in frig about 30 min . while mix is in frig , put chocolate chip and wax in double boiler , just warm enough to melt together .
remove mix from frig , make into small balls . Put toothpick in center ,... dip into chocolate mixture . put on tray to cool remove toothpicks before cooling .
